Fitness Reimbursement
The City will reimburse full-time employees, retirees, spouses or retiree spouses (that carry City of Racine health insurance) for 50% of the annual membership fee for a fitness center membership, exercise program (i.e. Spin, Jazzercise) or weight reduction program (Weight Watchers, Medical Weight loss & Wellness, Inc. and Jenny Craig) up to a maximum of $200 per employee/retiree/ spouse per household.
Note:
Medicare Advantage Retirees qualify for the Renew Active benefit and are not eligible for fitness center reimbursement.
A receipt (or receipts) for the complete annual amount paid is required for reimbursement, or a copy of your bank statements with the amount paid. Partial payments over the year will not be made. Reimbursements will be provided by direct deposit or paper check.

Procedure:
Complete a 2025 Fitness Center Reimbursement Form
Attach your receipt(s) of your payment(s) for the fitness center or group exercise program
